This sets our lead qualifier threshold in the ad funnel.
Your Ideal Client
This builds your customer avatar and sets your campaign targeting. Be specific — vague answers produce vague ads.
e.g. "Dual income household, combined $250K+. Typically business owners, lawyers, GPs, or finance professionals."
This directly sets your campaign geo-targeting. Don't say "North Shore" — say "Mosman, Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, Willoughby". Up to 10 suburbs.
Not a list. One clear sentence. e.g. "We're the only builder in the Hills District who hands clients a fixed-price contract before they pay a cent."
Think about the last 5 clients you signed. What were they stressed about before they met you?
Describe the transformation — emotional, lifestyle, practical.
Your Competition
We research these directly. If you've ever lost a quote to someone, they're a competitor. Include any builders you see advertising on Facebook or Instagram in your area.
These are the exact businesses we'll research and benchmark you against.
e.g. "They're cheaper", "More Google reviews", "Been around longer". Be honest — this tells us where to position you.
Process, guarantee, communication, technology, a specific build type. If you're unsure, write "unsure" — we'll help you create it.
Your Offer & Sales Process
This shapes your lead funnel and sets the pipeline benchmarks in your CRM.
e.g. "Free site inspection and concept plan", "No-obligation feasibility report". If nothing formal, write "none currently".
